He's always on time
Dr. Jones was extremely kind. He apologize for being a few minutes late. We went over my x-rays together. He showed me that I had no cartilage at the base of my thumb. This was the cause of my pain when I wanted to grasp something, especially heavy objects . He said that fusing that joint would make it pain-free, But, I would lose some range of motion for things like playing a piano. Fortunately, I don’t play the piano.
Dr Jonas is an amazing surgeon and easy to talk to! I had surgery on my cmc thumb less than 50 days ago and my basal arthritis pain is gone! I’ve been well taken care of by Dr Jonas, and Nancy started helping me with PT thats easy to follow with the app. I am very happy with my results and support from Dr. Jonas and Nancy!
I have been seeing Dr. Jonas for a wrist fracture. On my last appointment, I was walked into the room and told x-rays would be taken. Then Dr. Jonas came into the room and said everything looked fine on the X-rays. End of story. He did not ask me what I was in the office for. And this has been my experience on every visit. This was my first time seeing Dr. Jonas. The overall experience was good and he communicated well. He was friendly and I appeared confident in diagnosing my issue which he explained was common and he had the same issue in the past also. This put me at ease. I would see him again if necessary.
Sadly, his bedside manner was disappointing. He spoke over me, didn’t answer my questions and seemed bothered to have to deal with my problem
I was able to get in on the morning I requested. Dr. Jonas is kind and thorough. So thankful for how well everyone works together there.
Dr. Jonas was prompt and I was not left waiting a long time in the room. Very pleasant bedside manner, thoroughly explained the issue and treatments in a manner that was easy to understand.
The nurses are very caring and efficient. The X-ray staff was excellent and the Doctor knew what I needed and was able to provide the care I needed.
