Great MD. Lately does not like prescribing meds. Offered me 30 Valium for sleep to last me 1 year! Extremely cautious......I travel the world and need extra meds that I have been using for 35 years. He refused me. I am a Pharmacist and a RN for 40 year. Still didn't trust me. I guess I will find another MD who will fulfill my needs. Please remember that he is a very good MD still? Use him and you will be. Satisfied.....I will continue to use him for any emergencies that may arise!
Dr. Hinchman is the best family practice physician I have ever had. Appointments are easy to get, staff helpful and friendly and the waiting room clean and pleasant. Dr. Hinchman is engaging, personable and compassionate. I called him on Tuesday, had an appointment on Thursday, MRI on Friday and he personally gave me the results on Monday. I am a very happy patient.
Dr. Hinchman's staff is kind and professional. But, he is aloof and somewhat arrogant. I do not recommend him as a physician because he doesn't listen and gets very defensive if questioned on anything. I tried to discuss my conditions with him and he practically ridiculed me and cracked jokes in a very insensitive way. Doctors should seem more interested in their patients' concerns before prescribing medicine and rushing out the door.
The office staff was very helpful in setting up my appointment. The Doctor was very professional and friendly explaining every thing and answering all my questions. they were very punctual.

Dr. Hinchman spends a great deal of time with each patient and is very knowledgable as well as personable...Should be rated TOP DOC!!
Best doc I have ever had. Good at putting patients at ease and good sense of humor. Very knowledgeable.
