This Dr. Is horrible, he is rude and a big waste of time. His office is stuck in the 1970s. He keeps everything on index cards and doesn't use computers. Totally useless Dr. I would strongly suggest you find another Dr.

Since 1-star is the lowest rating I can give I rate him one star. He’s a horrible doctor that clearly does not care about the patient. His focus is money. I went to him because I have a lump on my right thumb. He diagnosed it as a mucous cyst. His recommended treatment was to buy some supplement that he sells in his office for $75. I left and never returned. Horrible doctor!!
I wouldn't even give him a 1 star The worst doctor ever He put a full leg cast on my leg Then I felt something wasn't right with is diagnosis so I went to another orthopedic specialist he took the cast off right away and told me to walk it was a non-weight-bearing bone I broke I didn't even need a cast Horrible just horrible and the treatment in his office was absolutely disturbing
I was taken to the emergency room back in May of this year. The emergency room was supplied with my insurance card upon my arrival. Dr. Arvan happened to stop by my bed on the way to another patient during this emergency (not my choosing). Later I find he billed my insurance $1100.00 for the three minute evaluation. Since Dr. Arvan does not a participe with my insurance, which happend to pay $696.27, Dr. Arvan billed me for the remaining $403.73! How disgusting and greedy has this country become.
