This doctors office called me in sooner than the three months it would have taken to see him because they hired a nurse practitioner. She was about 75 and hard of hearing, she took my case history, offered NO help at all and then we set up a follow up with the doctor in THREE MORE MONTHS! I was in crisis and found out a few weeks later I was suffering from Complex Regional Pain Syndrome, way to go DR's staff! Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Absolutely! They were very entertaining! Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say! How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? There is no comparison! Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!
They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased.
