I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Mitchell as well as his staff. I had a root canal done in a half hour! I had no pain during and after the procedure. It's 3 days post procedure and I feel terrific. The entire staff were incredibly caring, kind, professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for a most pleasant and pain free experience. Thank you Dr. Mitchell!
Said I needed an Apico. Went for second opinion. Different endodontist said the tooth was cracked and needed to be pulled. Did not need an Apico. Went back to my dentist and had the tooth pulled and found the tooth to be cracked.
I had a great experience with Dr Mitchell and his team. I was in a lot of pain and needed and emergency appointment which they were able to provide. The office is immaculate, and Dr Mitchell and his staff were very friendly, informative, and provided great customer service. I would highly recommend them.
Dr. Mitchell has performed 2 root canals on me over the past 4 years and done a fantastic job both times. He and his staff do everything possible to make the patient comfortable and fully describe the procedure. I wouldn't go to anyone else.
Wonderful experience. First root canal ever done it was relatively painless; far less pain than I expected. Hygienist was very sweet and careful.
Did not listen to what I needed, or take the time to actually listen to my concerns prior to the root canal. Did not feel comfortable with him, so did not get procedure completed with him.
My wife walked out before the procedure started. She was understandably nervous and wanted to ask a few questions. Dr. Mitchell was visibly annoyed by this while touting his 25 years of experience. I mentioned that my wife’s general dentist sent a letter with us as to the best way to numb her because she requires a specific method. This was very technical information. Dr. Mitchell said that he did not need that because he has been numbing patients for 25 years.
Dr. Mitchell and his staff were amazing. My root canal was painless. Dr. Mitchell, Cynthia, Barbara and Arlene were involved in my care and they all made me feel very comfortable. This is a great office. I would recommend Dr. Mitchell and his staff to all my friends and family.??
All I can say is that everyone in this office from the dedicated staff as well as Dr. Glen Mitchell exceeded my expectations. Do not hesitate to use Dr. Mitchell, not only explained all they were doing but did their job with friendliness expertise and excellence.
