They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met
There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience.
