Took her 13 days to sign my mother's death certificate so we couldn't do anything with her remains and she layed at the morge all that time. It was bad enough we lost her suddenly then we had to wait all that time to have her cremated. She should be sanctioned since it's the law she is supposed to do it within 72 hours!!
