Had a horrible experience. He would not talk to me on the phone regarding test result, insisted I make an appointment, then sent me a letter stating several times that I could possibly have a serious life threatening condition. However he did not mention what it might be. Have to wonder if he just wanted another office visit fee rather than provide me the information and let me decide if I needed another appointment.
1 star because my nosebleeds have stopped, but i had a terrible reaction to the cauterization procedure. Dr cavalli was not available in the evening , post surgery, nor the next day. Doc on call was from a different practice, he didn't even have my chart, said he couldn't help. Swollen face, puffy eyes, painful sinuses, aching teeth, swollen glands and throat, throbbing headache. He was rude and dismissive. I canceled all future appointments.
Terrible office organization. Dr. Cavalli is rushing, impatient, jumping from subject to subject. Only following up on things he wants.
Dr. Cavalli is one of the very best doctors I have ever been to; he is professional, caring, knowledgeable and a credit to his profession. In addition, his staff mirrors Dr. Cavalli, i.e. caring, professional and friendly. I would highly recommend Dr. Cavalli to anyone who is seeking professional ENT care.
