I made an appointment with Orthopedic Associates of Southern Delaware to have my shoulders looked at. Dr Pillai was the doctor assigned to me. Prior to meeting with her a Physicians Assistant took down information about my shoulders - popping noise and fairly significant pain in the back of each shoulder when weight training.
