Dr. V is a brilliant doctor, but his staff is an absolute train wreck. The hoops I have jumped through to get simple information (medical records) from me and my family have been ridiculous. I have also had to deal with billing issues that should have have been mine to deal with. I desperately wish he would join an integrative physician group that accepted our insurance and knew how to process medical billing correctly.
Hello my name is Pastor DeShon Kelly, I'm battling with my illness & suffering,from the MVA on 2/21/2018. I've been so sick with these conditions on my body since the MVA on 2/21/2018. Like Dreadful Migraines,my whole right side I can't use ect. However the Lord God is so good,He sent Dr. Velugubanti to me, he has taken the TIME... To care about me & diagnose me. He felt my suffering.At his office I got sick. Dr. V's giving me hope by his sincere compassion he & his staff expressed to me Ty.
Dr. Velugubanti is a thorough integrative neurologist keenly aware of multiple disciplines used to increase patient recovery. I have already and will continue to recommend his expertise to my friends and family.
Dr V. is terrific! I stand corrected. I actually had the incorrect ph number to reach their office. Please disregard my previous review. We actually had a follow up appointment today for our 8 yr old daughter, and are very happy with our treatment plan of action for her!
Best doctor and staff. Ever. So thankful for each and every individual there. This place will change your life . The very few low ratings on here are dishonest . And untrue. Don’t be deceived or discoraged. If you are looking for a major impact for the better definitely go.
Dr Velugubanti is an extremely knowledgeable and caring physician. He looks at the underlying reasons for the symptoms his patients are experiencing. When I became a new patient, he ran a battery of blood tests. Some of the tests I had never had before, and they provided valuable information regarding my condition. His office staff are friendly and helpful. Angela in particular is very professional, helpful, and goes the extra steps to help. I highly recommend Dr. Velugubanti and his team!
Today I write about Miriam, one of Dr. V's staff, named after Moses' older sister, a medical assistant with great heart who truly cares for the people she serves. She so brightly represents Dr. V's mission of caring, great hope and possibilities for healing, and his model of creative integrative medical care. Miriam aspires one day to become a physician herself. Wow, what a great doctor she will be! This is my recommendation for her acceptance to medical school to live her dream of caring.
Th office staff is wonderful, Quick to respond to patient needs! The Doctors spend the time needed to do your exam and answer all your questions..... If you dont understand , they explain to you in a way that makes sense. This is an excellent practice.... Thank you Dr. V!!!
