They require full payment (including what insurance would pay) and tell you that the insurance company will refund me directly for what they cover.. After a month, I followed up with my insurance company and found the dentist office never submitted a claim. I called to ask them to submit the claim, they said they would but after a few more weeks they still didnt. Horrible customer service. Would not recommend.
Dr. Castellucci put two implants in me in 2006 - and they are still strong and healthy. I would recommend him to anyone. This is all he does as he is a specialist.
