Dr. Clarke and her assistant, Jill, are the absolute best! Because of jaw issues, I dread dentist visits and have been lax with my cleanings. They didn’t make me guilty or uncomfortable about it at all. They actually changed my feelings about going to ththe dentist!
I found this office to be far too impersonal for my liking. The first visit, they made me wait and then could only do the cleaning and asked me to return for the dentist checkup. 6 months later, I called to tell them I'd be 15" late and they asked me to reschedule - so they think it ok to make me wait but won't tolerate it on the other side. I felt overall like this place is a factory and I'll take my business elsewhere.
Dr. Clarke is a wonderful dentist. She is experienced and very thoughtful. I have never had an bad experience with her. Dr. Clarke's assistant is friendly and very good. I have never had a problem with the technicians or dental staff. The office staff is another subject. The times I have called the office the receptionist has been short and almost rude.
