Very disappointed with the way this office handled a billing error on both sides. Refused to see us with no call and no warning. Insurance should have paid and didn't and we didn't know. They said they were sending bills but we did not get them. No one ever called us either. For a $12 bill. We showed up and they refused us. Mistakes and errors happen. We have been going there for over 3 years with no issue. Very disappointed with the way this was handled.
