The practice does not have reception staff, so you’re lucky if they answer the phone. If they don’t answer and you leave a message, plan on following up yourself, because apparently you have to leave a rude message to get them to call you (because it could be the doctor checking the messages, or a tech, etc.). The techs didn’t seem happy. The consult with the doctor was very brief and brusque. I was recommended to the practice by a coworker, and now I resent that coworker.
