I called on a Monday about an issue with a wisdom tooth coming in they got me in on Wednesday as a new patient I thought that was wonderful. The dentist was very nice and welcoming. The dental hygienist did an amazing job cleaning my teeth and being gentle as I am some what scared of the dentist at 27 years old. I have found a new dentist that I love! I am so happy with this place and very appreciative that they got me in so fast!
Was a patient there for a year and a half and had three "checkups" and cleanings during that time. The hygienist did a great job with cleaning and xrays and was very nice. I never saw Dr. Canale , or any dentist, during either of those three visits. With any prior dental practice, the dentist always pops in after the cleaning for the check up part of the visit. Not here, though. I found a new dentist.
Saw her a couple of times I had to call and cancel my next appointment to reschedule due to I had Covid. I called a few days in Advance and she terminated me her practice. What kind of professional does this. She is awful . Find another dentist. I should have read the reviews myself. Run from her
Someone said she’s honest and tough and that’s all. It’s the neglect for me personally. Why go into that line of work when Dr.Canale must know she has little to none “bedside manners”. I assume she’s never been a people’s person by her demeanor. I pray whoever goes here finds a better dentist who takes their insurance.
