Dr Mazzetti and her team are wonderful. The young lady booking appointments went out of her way to assist me several times in coordinating my appointment. Put me on the cancellation list, the first time I was away, she was on top of that for my next opportunity, I’m very grateful to her. Dr Mazzetti was excellent in explaining everything to me and very patient with me., willing to monitor and follow up to help me resolve my issues. Cannot ask for a better team, Thank you!

The previous review was about the office staff and not Dr Mazzetti herself, but regardless I believe both Dr Mazzetti, and the ladies at the front desk are very professional, polite and i've never had any issues with any of them or booking appointments. One of the best offices for diabetes.
I had a very bad experience with the lady in charge of bookings ( who refused to give me her name) this morning. I had rescheduled my appointment previously, but somehow it was not entered in their system, and when I called today to confirm my appointment, she spoke with me in a very rude manner, calling me irresponsible for missing my appointment, while I was trying to explain to her that I had rescheduled my appointment for December.
