Ive been a patient at the Hollywood location for over a year. I see Vivian as my primary Dr, not only her but the entire office is always helpful/prompt/catering/compassionate and flexible. I tried calling this office for 3 days with noresponse. My PCP was changed to a nurse practitioner with horrible service. I have tried to stay with them but for the last 2 years I have been disappointed. Time to move on. They don’t even follow up with regular long time patients like myself. Service use to be really great but now I would not recommend. I’ve been with them for more than 10 years.
Dirty sketchy office in a sketchy area by us1 hookers walking around , sketchy bums, really ghetto, worst doctors office I’ve ever been to. The doctors are Asian which makes it even more sketchy. Didn’t like it at all. There’s was a dirty office with dirty coffee cup and papers all over the place. I don’t understand why Asians are so unorganized and dirty. Worst doctor’s experience ever. The doctor was knowledgeable but not personable.

Not being able to get the referrals need for your health, not respecting the patient feelings and dissions about their health, it's a tugga war with the doctor's controlling your benefits. Leaving is the best thing ever.
