I've been seen by Arizaga in the past, the receptionist is an unhelpful snob. Seemed like she did everything in her power to prevent me having an appointment?!?!?!? I just gave up and will never go there again or recommend them to anyone. My type of cancer requires prompt attention as the Dr explained to me and the follow up (which I'm trying to do now) is very important to prevent the cancer from coming back.. I guess the receptionist would rather I die.
No, he did not do a thorough exam and misdiagnosed my rash as a simple eczema. About a month later, finding the rash was rapidly spreading, I went to another dermatologist who gave me a complete exam and found, by that time, 5% of my body was covered with a severe case pf psoriasis.

All of my encounters with Dr Arizaga have been wonderful! He is compassionate and knowledgeable. Two things that are essential in a good doctor. We are lucky to have him in our community!
He was very short with me. I would ask questions and he would not acknowledge what I was saying. He gave me no aftercare instructions.
If I could give a lower rating I would! Very rude and unprofessional. Never got to meet the Dr. Called to make appt. And was very specific about needing a certain day because i live 3 hours away. Lady was quick and kept getting my info wrong because she was talking to co worker. Had to wait 2 months for appt in which point i called to confirm appt and it was schedule for a wrong date. Ladies at front desk wouldnt give me their names cause it was my problem not to include them. Dr needs new recp.
Very caring he listened to what was going on with me. He took the necessary steps to find out the answers to my problem . Something that over five months other doctors didn't know what was wrong or took steps to find out what was wrong. Thank you Dr. Arizaga for finding out what was wrong with me..
