Extremely disappointed with the clinic assistants ( Dr Shabib’s assistants) We had phone calls with two different assistants — one of them with an Arabic accent (I believe) and another one. Both were extremely rude, unprofessional, and seemed to have no sense of basic phone etiquette. Hanging up on people appears to be second nature for them, which is completely unacceptable in a healthcare environment. Doctors here have the same bedside manner of Josef Mengele, calm and polite, but morally bankrupt and unempathetic. Prime example, my wife and I are upset at having a partial, ongoing miscarriage. The Doctor asked "Why are you so mad?" to my wife, who has an embryo hanging outside of her, and "Well I have to deal with miscarriages on a daily basis" ....Ok, well done at just doing your job?
