A very poor experience. As newborns, the doctor did not even bother to review the file that was sent from the hospital despite the advance notification. The focus during the appointment was not on the child but on breastfeeding. She appeared all over the place. Rather disappointed as she had “5 stars” but glad that Kelsey has many other options to explore. Also had an accidental virtual consult where she was randomly chosen but did not listen. Dr.Abuazza is absolutely wonderful! She is patiente, caring, and always take the time to listen and explain everything clearly. My kids feel comfortable and cared for at every visit .We’re so grateful to have found such a compassionate and knowledgeable pediatrician!
We only got to have Dr. Abuazza for a short amount of time as our pediatrician since she is moving to doing virtual pediatrics, but I have to brag on this woman. She figured out our son’s formula issues and reflux after one visit with her and he’s a happier different baby thanks to her. She has a wonderful bedside manner and truly cares for her little patients. Her nurse is also wonderful. We will miss seeing her in the office but hope to have her as a virtual provider if needed!
Dr. Ghazala is amazing! She’s gentle, patient, and truly cares about our little one. Every visit feels personal, never rushed, and she always takes time to reassure us. We’re so grateful to have such a kind and knowledgeable pediatrician.
