Horribly rude. She called me the wrong name three times and told me she doesn’t have a “magic wand” and therefore couldn’t help me. She spent all of 8 mins with me. I’ve never walked out of any appt before but after she interrupted me for the third or fourth time, I just left. Find another endocrinologist. This one is in the wrong profession.
Horrible. Diagnosed me by telling me to continue to see her as I had colloidal cyst on thyroid. Ended up in ER with 10 to 15 cc’s of fluid vascularized tumor tripled in size and thank god I got to Fountain Valley hospital. Ear nose and throat association saved my life. Right thyroidectomy. Surgeon is now only who I talk to. Monitoring 2 modules in left thyroid. Be careful of this doctor!
Just got off the phone with Receptionist Rosi excellent customer service! Very helpful you dont find that anymore and she speaks spanish. So far i have an appointment for August I am happy I find a Doctor who does take Medical. God Bless you Rosi.
