They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered.

I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. This Doctor and his team are very thorough. We are new to the area and are grateful to have found such a caring doctor.

They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them.
They gave about the same level of care as others I have been to for the same problem. They barely had any magazines to choose from, and the ones that were available weren't very interesting. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. I absolutely hated the horrific chairs in the waiting room. I can't believe they expect patients to sit in those uncomfortable things.
