The representative was knowledgeable and pleasant, efficiently running through various points: preparation, how long, and what I can expect afterwards. During the procedure, Dr. Mirkov was professional and upbeat, instilling confidence that he knew what he was doing. Post-procedure staff consult was very helpful.
