Dr Brocato is the best.. I went to him several years ago and he diagnosed me correctly. Well this time it was my 84 year old father. He has a lot of coughing,nose blowing,productive cough. Well after having a ct scan it revealed he had a cyst inside his sinus cavity. Dr Brocato listened to what my dad was dealing with and talked to me in detail about what can be done. His staff and himself are great. I had to speak to the billing office a couple of times and the ladies were awesome trying to help.

My mom saw Gerald a couple of times in late October and early November of 2019. The receptionist left a voice message at 7 p.m. on Wednesday informing her of an appointment on Friday. She never confirmed the appointment nor did she get the message in time. The office ended up charging her $25 for missing the appointment. The doctor was very arrogant and rude to my mother. She ended up going with a better Ear, Nose and Throat doctor. He actually listened to my mother and diagnosed her correctly unlike Gerald.
In 2000, Dr. Brochato removed nasal polyps, adenoids, and widened my sinus passages. Before the procedure, I was a mouth breather, always congested, and suffered from severe sinus irritation. After the surgery, I discovered what it was like to inhale crisp clean air through my nose. I still remember my follow up visit when he took out my splints.
