Dr. Casino was my son's hospitalist while in Arizona General. He had phenomenal post-op pain, which turned out to reflect some internal bleeding. Dr. Casino tried various combinations and routes of medications to get his pain to a tolerable level. She monitored his labs with a conservative frequency. She has an excellent bedside manner that complements her knowledge and skill.
