My husband was in this office 11 days ago and his prescriptions still haven't been sent in to the pharmacy. We have both called the office all this week with the exception of today as they are closed and we are told he has it on his desk. My husband goes in ok Thursday since we can't get anything done over the phone and he is told Dr. Ahigan is at lunch and that he will get to it when he gets to it. This is ridiculous! I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. They left me alone in the appointment room for quite a while. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone.

I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.
