Parking lot was full and waiting room was full. I stood twice to allow others to sit. A few people had walkers and it was difficult to use them given how packed the room was. In addition, 2 rows of sitting patients line the path to the washroom. Surly 2 Doctors can afford to have an acceptable waiting room experience. The 4 out of 5 is due to nice staff and doctors care.
