Dr Muthu is awesome, he genuinely cares and is extremely knowledgeable . He doesn't do the "brush off" as my old primary did for 3 years. Dr Methuen is now my primary and I don't dread going. Edit. Today is Wednesday Nov. 26, 2025. I showed up early for my appointment that was at 3:45pm. Place was locked up and closed. Guess they decided on a 5 day holiday, I don't know.
Called to make an appointment and was denied because i was a patient in the past and left. The reason i left was do to an EXTREMELY RUDE individual at the front desk! I belive that it was the Dr's wife, again, EXTREMELY RUDE individual! My recommendation, find another provider.
Great doctors, great staff. Always feel like they listen and help.
Dr. Muthu is very thorough and caring. He cares about his patients. It is very convenient to get blood work done at his office. I highly recommend them.
