Dr Muthu is a Great Physician, yet lacks the authority to control his medical assistant at the front desk, she (Cathy)always has a horrible attitude, very rude especially when trying to make appointments, Thank you Doctor, Enjoyed your health and guidance with my health but I will not be requiring your services any longer, have a good life and God bless you.
The front office people are super nice but their physician assistant have terrible bed side manner.And the lady with the long hair is super terrible the one who draws blood.And for Dr. Muthu I saw him three times and no more. I don’t understand I would like to see him instead of his assistant.
Dr Muthu is awesome, he genuinely cares and is extremely knowledgeable . He doesn't do the "brush off" as my old primary did for 3 years. Dr Methuen is now my primary and I don't dread going. Edit. Today is Wednesday Nov. 26, 2025. I showed up early for my appointment that was at 3:45pm. Place was locked up and closed. Guess they decided on a 5 day holiday, I don't know.
Called to make an appointment and was denied because i was a patient in the past and left. The reason i left was do to an EXTREMELY RUDE individual at the front desk! I belive that it was the Dr's wife, again, EXTREMELY RUDE individual! My recommendation, find another provider.
