Dr. Massarani is absolutely the only doctor I trust with the care of my children. He has stayed late for us and even answered the phone himself around the Christmas holiday so we could come in. He's wonderful with children and really put them at ease. Best pediatrician I have ever encountered.
Very bad experience regarding their billing. Their staff screwed up the claim with my insurance, and missed the 6 months claim period, then billed me about 18 months later. Then they use the disclaimer agreement everybody signed when visited against me. Said I signed and agreed to pay the remaining bill, no matter what. So I wasted lots of time , and finally paid almost $100 that supposed to pay by my insurance. Don't recommend, if you don't want any surprise bills. :'(
Talk about a guy who cares about children and loves what he does! Dr. Massarani makes himself available at all times and doesn’t blow off your concerns if your “parental intuition” is telling you to look into something that just seems off about your kid. We feel so lucky to have found him for our sons’ pediatrician!
We really like the doctor, however, we have had experienced the staff as consistently rude, short-tempered and apparent irritation when asked for help or for additional clarification. That is our only hesitancy about continuing.

Dr. Massarani is very good, he is friendly and nice, however the staff is very rude, I am planning to move to some other hospital.
Hands down the best pediatrician we've had. He truly cares about the kids and always makes time for emergency/last minute visits. The office staff are friendly and accommodating as well. We have 3 kids under 6yrs old who have been patients for 4 years. Never once a negative experience
He is very good listener and attentive to patient needs he is very Knowledge person. He is discuss the problem. When ever my kids are sick if i ask any time he will give appoint in an hour. He is very gracfull and open hearted. He is dedicated to his proffesion. Lastly he have all the qualities that a good doctor should have. I really to everyone who has kids. I reate 5 star
