Dr. Knouf is great. He knows what he is doing and explains everything in great detail.. I wont ever see anyone but him.

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily.

Everything I told them seemed to go in one ear and out the other. I didn't feel like they cared about what I had to say at all. They didn't treat their staff well at all. They were very rude and demanding and I could tell the staff was miserable. The chairs they had in the waiting room were not the greatest. I wish they had put more thought into patient comfort. I did not feel safe with them at all. I was scared that something was going to go wrong.

Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. Their office was way too cold, I was absolutely freezing. I usually don't have a problem with the cold, but I wanted to get out of that office as soon as possible.... read more

Was this provider's office too cold? Not at all, it was the perfect temperature Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located Was this provider's office too loud?
