Huge problem with him obtaining my EyeMed insurance info. I was there for 2.5 hours before it was straightened out and i was cleared of having to pay out of pocket for the eye exam. My eyes were dilated and i wasn't asked if that was okay, it was just quickly done. They were never looked at after dilation so it was done for absolutely nothing and it made for a dangerous ride home with the sunlight
Dr.Kass was nothing like my old doctor. My insurance changed so I was forced to go here. He was very impatient with me and raised his voice if I misheard what he said. He also used his unwashed hands to take out my contacts out of MY eye himself. Do not recommend.
I have visited with Dr. Kass on several occasions to be fitted for contact lenses. Dr. Kass was very patient with me, since I haven't worn contacts on a regular basis for several years. He kept giving me trial lenses to wear until I got the best vision I possibly could. I am happy now that I can wear comfortable lenses, have good vision, and also to know that Dr. Kass will be there if I have any questions or problems in the future.....THANK YOU. Dr. Kass ! :-)
