In 2018 Dr. Geldzahler removed my teeth and inserted bone in preparation for dental implants six months later. While evidence showed I needed a sinus lift, he decided not to perform that necessary step before surgery. Consequently, after the pandemic, when I could return to a general dentists office ( 1.5 years later) I was informed that I had an infection and the implants had failed. Office staff is terrible! Went in on 3/6 for a "free consult" for a dental implant and never heard anything back from them after submitting the pre-d to my ins co. The office reopened on 5/26 after the pandemic, but no one contacted me to followup (I called their office twice). Yet, they send me a bill with a remaining balance for a "free consult." My entire experience with Dr. Geldzahler was great. His staff was friendly and informative, and he was gentle and caring. He alleviated my stress, and my problem was taken care of in a manner where I felt no discomfort. I would recommend him to anyone in need of an oral surgery procedure.
Had a wonderful experience from start to finish. From the initial contact to make the appointment. directions and insurance information to the final follow up visit. The staff was knowledgeable and gentle, Dr. Geldzahler took the time to explain the procedure during the consultation and reviewed everything again prior to starting. The procedure went better than I could have expected. No one looks forward to oral surgery, but if you need it, this is the place to go.
Dr. Geldzahler is awful and his staff is even worse. I would like to give 0 stars but that is not an option on this site. After fumbled appointment scheduling by an unapologetic and rude receptionist named Nikki the work Dr. Geldzahler did was sub par and needed to be revised by another oral surgeon. Stay away!!! I would never go back. I was in constant pain after he butchered me.
Rude. Never numbed properly and left me in a fit of rage.
