Horrible doctor. not professional, talk to patients like they didn’t know anything with zero respect. Also diagnosed my child wrong and caused her to have a more serious illness.

Dr. Ho is very knowledgeable, genuine and humorous. If I have a concern I can have a conversation with him about it and he will listen 100%. But he prefers people to be direct, to the point and he also keeps his responses direct. He’s not a doctor that will just do whatever the patient asks though. I’ve found his advice sound, reliable, and trustworthy.

I don’t understand why people would give him a five-star rating. He is rude and mocked questions that my husband and I asked. On one occasion, he spoke to me with his leg up on the table, which I found highly unprofessional. Twice, I had appointments scheduled for 9:30 a.m., yet his office did not even open until 10:00 a.m. I would also like to add that my daughter went to see him due to a high fever of 104°F or higher. The fever would come down, then return again a week later, reaching 104.5°F this time. He did not diagnose... read more
