Horrible doctor. not professional, talk to patients like they didn’t know anything with zero respect. Also diagnosed my child wrong and caused her to have a more serious illness.

Dr. Ho is very knowledgeable, genuine and humorous. If I have a concern I can have a conversation with him about it and he will listen 100%. But he prefers people to be direct, to the point and he also keeps his responses direct. He’s not a doctor that will just do whatever the patient asks though. I’ve found his advice sound, reliable, and trustworthy.

I don’t understand why people would give him a five-star rating. He is rude and mocked questions that my husband and I asked. On one occasion, he spoke to me with his leg up on the table, which I found highly unprofessional. Twice, I had appointments scheduled for 9:30 a.m., yet his office did not even open until 10:00 a.m. I would also like to add that my daughter went to see him due to a high fever of 104°F or higher. If you feel that Dr. Ho is not good or comes across as rude, it may simply be because you didn’t receive the answer or response you were expecting. My child has been under Dr. Ho’s care for over 12 years. He is a humorous and straightforward doctor. He does not try to please those who show him disrespect, but he is genuinely a very kind and friendly physician.
