They shut down their offices and disconnected the phones with no notice to patients! I'm now running out of meds and becoming suicidal. This is the craziest thing I've ever experienced!!
I prescribe medicine in the Houston area myself and all the patients who come to me from this guy are addicts who are hooked on Xanax, Ambien, and Adderall! It’s been rough trying to clean up his mess! Not to mention one time I went to try and see him as a patient myself before I began working in this field and saw his Nigerian Nurse Practitioner who was the rudest provider I have ever met and he didn’t even introduce himself to me. My interaction with him was a learning experience in how to actually treat patients.
I've been seeing Dr. Busch for over 2 years now, he is great. However, the customer service and the phone system is the worst I have ever experienced in my life! My pharmacy can never get a hold of them and I have to actually take time off of work to go to their office just to ask for a refill! Then, when I can't get a refill, it's impossible to get an appointment within the week and they refuse to refill my medication!
I feel that Dr. Gerald Busch to be an exceptional Psychologist and his staff are constantly working so diligently and very caring for all their patients in the upmost professional manner.
