I wanted to thank Dr Rao for all the great care that she had given me. I came from another Dr that had me on alot of meds that weren't helping me. With Dr Rao great knowledge of meds and Spr@to treatment I have regained a healthy living mental health state. I am very happy that with Dr Rao help I have come a long way! She's very caring has great beside manners. Staff is very friendly. Thank you Kathy, Cheyenne,Mavish. I would highly recommend this office.

I don't know if this is directly due to Dr. Rao, or her staff. However, I can't imagine she did know about the situation. As a long-time patient, it should not take a month to get an appointment when I am in crisis. Two staff members knew I was having a medication issue. I asked to change providers because my current med supervisor was also treating my husband and I felt there was a conflict. After my initial request, my phone calls to the office were not returned. Mental illness is a long and hard journey and I am so glad we found Dr. Rao to accompany my daughter. I am so impressed with her care for her. She has made the time to see her when needed, even though her schedule was full. She has called checking up on her, has called when she was hospitalized to see how she could be of help. She has communicated with all other doctors involved in her care and most of all assured us when things were very bleak. Dr. Rao is a knowledgeable and well rounded psychiatrist. She is compassionate and really goes the extra mile with her patients. I feel confident in referring patients to her expert care.

I saw Dr. Georgina Rao. I saw her for approximately 6 months and I strongly encourge patients not to choose this psychiatrist. She does not seem to choose medication based on the patients personal lifestyle. She seems to have preconceived notions and is not open minded about a patients concerns and needs. Not to mention the staff is not very friendly. I have found anew psychiatrist in the area I really like.

Dr. Rao is everything that a physician should be. A consummate professional, I am a Vietnam combat veteran who was treated by Dr. Rao with remarkable success , She discusses alternatives with her patients, and is able to diagnose and treat even the most complex mental health issues. She uses cutting edge technologies, and takes time to ensure her patients understand their mental health problems and gives them hope for recovery. I recommend Dr. Rao to anyone who has any mental health problems.

Very difficult to receive a call back when experiencing severe difficulties with medication prescribed. Call back was made by office staff and not the doctor saying to call my general practitioner about problems...when the medication was prescribed by this Doctor. Also be careful if they want you to transfer to another provider in the practice...they will charge you or your insurance $300.00 as if you are a new patient!

I don't have enough kind words to describe Dr Rao!! I have been a patient for many years and have only been seeing Dr Rao. The doctor is very patient, kind, and takes her time with me. She listens to my concerns and is very knowledgeable. I will continue to be her patient, I am extremely satisfied!
