Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. They were friendly and made me feel at home. I felt welcomed as soon as I walked in. It was kind of difficult to get an appointment with them. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything ... read more

Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes! They went above and beyond to make me feel special and respected

No, they were able to provide everything they said they would Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable Does this provider give unbiased advice? Yes Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Yes, they answered my call right away

Would you recommend this urologist to others? Absolutely Not Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Not at all, they seemed stuck in the past Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Not at all, it seemed like they started yesterday Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? No, it is their way or the highway Was this provider's office too loud? Yes, they need to move to a quieter location

My husband went to Dr Middleton seeking advice concerning a vasectomy reversal after 19 years. Dr Middleton was very confident that it was possible. After the reversal we learned that it did not work. We learned after the fact that reversals done this long after the fact usually do not work. We should have done our homework better, nevertheless it would have been nice to have had a doctor give full disclosure on the situation and that the chances of success are very low.
