I called after hours to make an appointment. My wife's toe is badly infected. I was only going to leave a voice mail. Instead, I get a text after my unanswered call saying 'Who is calling '? I had to double check to make I had the right number and I did. I texted back saying I was looking for a foot doctor. If I have the wrong number then I won't call again. Got no response. Awesome Dr. No nonsense, straight forward, just a good guy. Seems to want to help, but not waste any of your time. I really like this guy. Not to mention his credentials. I’m so glad I booked in, and make the trips. Had a little procedure today. Went really well. So far. The staff is so great. Everyone of them. Accommodating, friendly, professional. Just super cool people all of them. The combo of them and Dr Vito is just awesome. Highly recommended by me for sure.

Spouse scheduled an appointment. Was told only at the conclusion of the appointment that our insurance was "out of network." Subsequently, she cancelled the next appointment using the online confirmation email with the option to "cancel." After receiving an odd call on the day of the appointment, we called back there, sent multiple screenshots, and even received a call back confirming we would not be billed. They cancelled the appointment on the day of the appointment for my kid, which was scheduled long in advance. We lost a day of work and school because of them. Unprofessional.

i was going to this office for over 6 months with no problem. i called to make a appointment and they couldnt make it because they say i have an outstanding balance. I Have Insurance and gave them the card at the 1st appointment thinking it was covered, or if not they would know when if it wasnt covered. In those 6+ months i NEVER received a Bill or statement from them, not even a welcome letter in the beginning. i called back 2 days later and the "manager" she would call me back as soon as she got the her computer.... that ... read more
