1. Staff is not helpful. Never get a live person on the phone and takes 24 hours for a response. 2. Wait time of almost 2 hours to spend 3 minutes with a doctor is unacceptable. 3. Dr Ho did not remove all of the surgical materials from my body post surgery. This wasn’t noted in my discharge papers. No idea it was in there until it started coming out. 9:30 appointment - waited 1 hour and 45 minutes to be told it would be another 1 hr and 30 minute wait. Told by receptionist "You really didn't need this appointment. Reschedule and come back in 6 months". This is the 4th time the wait has been over 1 hr 30 min. First time to not even see the doctor. It is time for a new doctor - one that respects my time. I would say an excellent doctor except he has to know there is a huge overbooking problem in his office.
Dr Ho is the best Urologist in Central Ohio, and maybe in the Midwest. The man is a genius and will never leave you without answers or a plan. If he sees a problem in another area of your health besides Urology, he will help or get you help. I can't say enough good about Dr. Ho! God Bless him. Best urologist in central Ohio but his staff are very slow to respond to your calls and it's virtually impossible to get a live voice in his office. Doctor Ho himself is one of my favorite doctors of all time, unfortunately his staff make the situation unpleasant.
The staff is a joke. My fiancé needs more catheters, and somebody on the phone wanted her to leave a message for his nurse. Ridiculous for the amount on money you have to pay for care. What is so difficult about saying, yes come on in and pick them up?
I have never experienced more rude staff in my life; his assistant Alicia (sp) very rude and talks down to you. Embarrassed to say I lowered myself to near yelling at her because she made me so mad. I would not recommend Dr. Ho--and especially his assistant to my worst enemy!!
Nice man willing to talk with you not at you. The staff is another story, mechanical semi rude and slow to respond
Dr. Ho is a wonderful, professional urologist. He is very knowledgeable and his bed side manner is unparalleled. The biggest drawback is being unable to contact his staff. Every time I call, I never get a live person just a recording and the response time is slow.
Dr. Ho is an excellent doctor. He is kind, considerate, knowledgeable, answers any and all questions, excellent bedside manner. My husband was diagnosed with kidney cancer. Dr. Ho handled him with tender loving care. After being released from the hospital Dr. Ho even contacted him at home on a Sunday to see how he was recovering. I cannot say enough how impressed I was with him in all aspects of being a doctor.
