I strongly discourage anyone to visit this OBGYN. My last visit was the worst medical visits that I have ever had in my life. Firstly, the doctor was incredibly unclear and did not communicate what she was doing. Not only did she lose part of my test, but the other part of the test that she did, was not testing for what she had communicated to me. How do you lose a patients urine? Dr Bachuwa is amazing but the quality of service from everyone else at that office is not good. I was hoping to continue my care with Dr. Bachuwa but got bumped from the schedule less than 3 weeks before my appointment because of a training she is doing that day. When I tried to re-schedule, they couldn’t get me in for another month. I've been seeing Dr. Bachuwa for years now, and she's truly one of a kind! I am constantly recommending her to my friends. She's knowledgeable, kind, and makes you feel so comfortable. The office atmosphere is great and Alex at the front desk is very patient and kind as well. Could not say enough great things about my experiences with them.
The staff is so wonderful and helpful even though they seem to be short staffed they still are going the extra mile!
I’ve been seeing Dr. Stokes since early October and have been dealing with 2 separate issues. They do not call you about your lab results so you better have Mychart handy. Nothing is resolved and yet my questions are still unanswered and instead of trying to get down to my personal issue and actually try something new I’m getting prescribed the same medication and antibiotic which is doing nothing for the 4th time.
