Dr. van Etta spent less than 20 seconds looking at my teeth after a 2.5 hour appointment. I understand they're bundling treatment plan and the execution of the plan in 1 appointment, but there was NO consideration for my work schedule during this last-minute change in duration to my appointment. No one even asked or gave me the option. The office was super unprofessional. People yelling at each other. It was also disorganized.
