If this man is hired to perform an IME for Labor and Industries, RUN!!! Request an IME from a different doctor of your choosing. DO NOT allow him to be the one to do it. It will have you hiring an attorney that you can’t afford so fast that your head will spin. His incorrect rating has made my life a living hell, and now he’s done it to a relative as well. In my opinion, he has no conscience. There’s a special place in hell for people like him.
