Dr. Jacob is truly the best OB-GYN in Chatham. Throughout my pregnancy, he always took the time to answer my questions, keep me informed, and ease my worries with his calm and compassionate approach. During my labor, he provided exceptional care and made me feel safe and supported every step of the way. A special thank you as well to his wonderful secretary, Deb, who is always kind and responds to voicemails so quickly.
I felt he didn’t care about my pain and just worried about getting me pregnant. He said if I’m pregnant I won’t have my period, so I won’t have pain. Ended up going to a different doctor and I found out I have endometriosis. He should have been worried about my health and body not about getting me pregnant.
I've had Dr.Jacob for both of my pregnancies, and one thing I can say is that he's really on top of things to make sure you're getting the best care and answers. He takes things seriously and doesn't brush things off.
I was reffered to Dr Jacob's in the summer of 2023. My family doctor and I had been discussing to have my tubes removed for the past 6 years prior and decided that it was finally time to do this surgery. Choosing this doctor to be reffered to was my biggest mistake. I believe I went to about 3 or 4 appointments where he tried his hardest to convince me on an iud even though I had stated multiple times I did not want one.
