Dr Zazzali has helped me regain my heath after some serious health issues. He makes himself available for examinations and consultations. His staff is impressive, answering all my questions and appointment, and prescription requests. I've never felt more comfortable and confident in a physician .
if I could give I a negative I would have.. I walked in with extremely bad knee pain and when I walked or should I say limped all the way to the office door. the receptionist was just as nasty, she asked me for my $5.00 co pay, as I went to look in my purse I noticed I left my walled home. I then asked her if the doctor would see me even though I didn't have my $5.00 she said he would not see me because I didn't have my co-pay.. AWFUL AWFUL never ever have I seen such a thing. Stay far away from this place.
I was a patient with this practice since the beginning, actually the current physicians took it over and I decided to stay. Over the years it has gotten progressively worse. It is not uncommon to make an appointment, show up on time, and wait for several hours to be seen. The diagnosis and treatment received has become mediocre at best. All test results require an additional visit, even when the results do not require additional actions or treatment.
