I was unhappy with the entire ordeal. I was told Dr White was this great guy and great Doctor. Well not if you are there for workers comp. His front office staff were rude and his P.A. was rude as well. In fact they were disrespectful and uncooperative. I will never recomend anyone to go there. I have been told about plenty of other fine Ortho's in the Orlando area.

His arrogant and sarcastic assistant needs people and communication skills, Insurance and surgery girls are very helpful.

Concur with prior comments concerning Workers Comp claims. Simply dreadful experience. I had two surgeries with this physician. He left permanent stitches (that remain uncomfortable 5 years later) in the elbow for a "tennis elbow" surgery. Second opinion was baffled why Dr. White did this. In the other surgery, a ganglion cyst removal, he said he placed wax inside the hand, then changed the story to plastic, then flipped again, declaring he placed nothing permanently. Dr is well skilled. However for workers comp, appears to go way of insurance carrier. Was told even with a full torn rotator cuff tear, would still be put on full duty or permanent light duty until surgery. Per research and real case scenarios, not medical standard by all accounts. Not knowledgeable in chronic inflammation and resultant issues if not corrected. Would not approve of periodic physical / massage therapy, even if flare up of injury, which is normal standard medical treatment. Not up-to-date of current long term ... read more

Awesome Doc. BEST hand and shoulder surgeon in FL Diagnosed my shoulder problem in less than 2 minutes after 20 years of pain and suffering, failed surgery from another shoulder specialist, and at least 5 opinions from other orthos. Front office staff needs to learn some people skills. Takes months to get appt., but... that's to be expected when you want the best! Follow ups appts. are no problem, just the initial visit for each new problem

I have been seeing Dr.White for about 3 years now. He is the one of the best Dr.'s I've ever seen. He knows his stuff and he is extremely cheery. His appointment schedulers can use some people skills, maybe they can take a lesson from Dr.White.
