My 5mo old son & I just met Dr Seremetis for the first time. I was very pleased with the facility, great parking, only waited 5-10 min. Maybe he has a new staff, b/cuz everyone I spoke with was helpful, fast, very friendly and answered all my questions. I think dr Seremetis was very knowledgable and explained in detail any concerns I may have had. I was VERY nervous about going thru w/ the surgery that would be done on my son, but after the appt. I feel that everything will go smooth.
This was our first AND last appt. with this MD, the office staff was incompetent at best, we arrived 30min early and ended up waiting over an hour, evidently we were NEVER checked in; even though the staff could clearly see us sitting there. The physician visit was utterly horrible, we took our then 9yo son to se Mr. Serementis who proceeded to examine our son, then afterwards tell us that his problem was not urinary related but due to his being overweight! Dr. Serementis was a fine doctor. We dealt with him and facility for 3 years with my daughters VUR issues. However i have never seen a more discourteous office staff ever. Horrible communication and unfriendly snobish attitudes. Unwilling to take time to explain or help with insurance questions and forget about help in rescheduling appts. They act like its an imposition to ask a question.
