Very disappointed in Dr Sandoz I’m a disabled police officer with memory issues and was medically retired do to this. I went to several visits and very expensive testing to get a diagnosis. I am now at the point where I need documentation for this and Dr Sandoz refused to right a note and a document this for me unless I paid $500 for a simple one page note. This is basically criminal.
