I’ve already posted after my son’s visit. But had my son not had me on video I would have never believed how RUDE an healthcare provider could be. I’ve worked healthcare for over 30 years. I am currently in healthcare and a mental health liaison. He was so rude and said “what are you doing here? Why are you coming here?” Once I heard that my son put us in video. Worst doctor in a very underserved area where you either have him or have to travel to another area. He saw my husband after sudden-onset seizures. Basically made us wait for 15 minutes while he reviewed the chart, asked basic questions, didn't spend more than 10 minutes. We felt dismissed, left with no answers, and afterwards when we got the records from the MyChart, he copy and pasted someone else's information into the chart.
