Group Eye Care Center on McAndrews in Medford OR is run by Dr. Lam. I have read all his reviews and I am not the only former patient of his with a bogus eye exam. He will NOT make good on a BOGUS eye exam even when I offered proof when his own brother gave me an exam that differed from Dr. Lam. Do not go here if you need an accurate eye exam.
"When a doctor makes such an obvious error that even his own brother who is also an eye doctor refuses to agree with him, and he still doesn't back down, would YOU trust a doctor like this with your eyes? This guy lacks integrity, and consequently forced me to put up a website about his lack of ethics. Search Beware Group Eye Care and it will pop right up. Dr. Lam lacks integrity, and will REFUSE to rectify ANY errors HE makes even if the patient has been deeply hurt by his negligence.
Dr. Lam's office sent me a check for $35 (as a refund? ha not quite doc) when I complained about him, but then sent a bill for $35? I am going to have to take this doctor to court, as he helped out Blue Cross by giving them money, too bad I'm not with them anymore. Now gotta pay CASH out of pocket for a REAL eye exam that actually fits my eyes. This doctor cost me OVER $200 and he will NOT own up to his errors, no way. Dr. Lam is great! He has helped me take excellent care of my vision for over 16 years. I will entrust my children's eye care to him as well. He has great staff and a comfortable, welcoming office. I would recommend Dr. Lam to anyone needing eye care!
