I wouldn’t even give this doctor one if I could give him a minus one I would put it on there. His staff is terrible. They’re rude. They never call you back. You have to schedule your own appointment. I’m waiting for almost 4 weeks to get another EEG done. The doctor lies and says that he’s gonna do it and doesn’t do it never calls you back and then when you do call them it’s like you’re bothering them because they’re on their phones or whatever they’re doing. They’re terrible place. I would never go anywhere.
The office policy requires that you arrive 30 minutes early. At 31 minutes I asked if I was going to be seen. I waited an additional 20 minutes, total of 50 minutes and then requested a refund only to be told it would take them a few days to issue a refund.
I have re located to North Carolina and will still see Dr Katsamakis when I come into town. I totally respect his professionalism and knowledge in his field of expertise. He has always treated me with the utmost respect and I have greatly appriciated this in him and his staff. Thank you Dr Katzamakis for always being there for me.
