Aside from the attentive care from the medical staff, the front office is the most pleasant i've encountered.
Upon entering I was greeted by a very courteous reception staff. My care provider Ms. Daniels, was also pleasant, she was interactive with results of my labs. The new office is very nice. Overall great experience .

Overall good medical doctor but is the dark ages with use of office technology. They don't have email, won't allow access of lab results online, lost my records after changing system a few years ago so they treat me like a new patient filling in tons of forms with the same information, and wouldn't allow me to use their phone to send medical results to another doctor that they referred me to for fear of security. They need to get with the times.
I have been coming to see Dr. Gretchen at the Hudson Medical Wellness for over 2 years as my family doctor. She has been phenomenal in actually listening to my concerns and not judging. The staff are very nice here, however there is a service gap in regards to getting medication called in so make sure you plan ahead. Other than that, I would recommend them to anyone needing a general practitioner!
