The doctors are fantastic but the billing department is horrible. They billed me in March of 2025 for procedures done in May 2024. 10 months late billing makes it almost impossible to get the 3rd party insurance companies to pay the claim. When I was in for the visit, the desk staff had told me it was a follow up procedure and therefore was free. Now I will have to pay out of pocket for their inefficiency.

I strongly advise against seeking services from Dr. Tanaka's office. My experience with their staff was unsatisfactory, characterized by inefficiency and disorganization regarding appointments. Unfortunately, this resulted in a significant loss of time. It's best to consider alternative options.

Doctor very much concentrated in my illness and throughly explained my illness and the procedure. His staff well trained and acting very professional.
