It's impossible to get through. I was trying to get a simple appointment for WEEKS NOW. I got a referral from my dentist fortwo weeks now. Nobody called my, neither Jessica ("coordinator") would pick up the phone! I called dozens of times. This is just ridiculous. And I have an emergency. They just don't care at all.
Saw Dr. Blakey and his surgical coordinator Jessica 🥰 OMG, they are so sweet, professional and completely informative. I was referred by Lane and Associates and they did a great job referring us here. Love-a caring mom!!!
If I could give this 0 stars I would. Called the office a couple times and let several messages. Finally someone called me back to only tell me that I'm not in they're network and that I sounded rude in my messages. I was frustrated because I call 6 times during business hours left 2 voicemail. You call me back to tell me I'm rude and yell at me over the phone for just trying to make a appointment. I had to eventually just say I'm sorry you feel that way and to have a good day. Had upper jaw surgery a little over a year ago. Dr. Blakey is a straight to the point kind of person. Very thorough. Always encouraged me to ask questions. When I called after surgery to ask a question he went out of his way to praise me saying "That is exactly what we want you to do, if anything else comes up call us." He did an amazing job with my surgery and if I need anything else of this nature later in life I would definitely go back to him.
