I went to a surgeon in Charlotte who I absolutely loved and was willing to do my jaw surgery and was very understanding and heard me out. Did my scans and fully explained my jaw issue and how he can help. Made me so comfortable! But unfortunately he was not in my network. I went to go see Blakey since he was in my network. It's impossible to get through. I was trying to get a simple appointment for WEEKS NOW. I got a referral from my dentist fortwo weeks now. Nobody called my, neither Jessica ("coordinator") would pick up the phone! I called dozens of times. This is just ridiculous. And I have an emergency. They just don't care at all.

Saw Dr. Blakey and his surgical coordinator Jessica 🥰 OMG, they are so sweet, professional and completely informative. I was referred by Lane and Associates and they did a great job referring us here. Love-a caring mom!!!

If I could give this 0 stars I would. Called the office a couple times and let several messages. Finally someone called me back to only tell me that I'm not in they're network and that I sounded rude in my messages. I was frustrated because I call 6 times during business hours left 2 voicemail. You call me back to tell me I'm rude and yell at me over the phone for just trying to make a appointment. I had to eventually just say I'm sorry you feel that way and to have a good day.
